Las personas realmente están buscando por mi bienestar, lo que agradezco, pero tengo que admitir que a la vez me molesta la falta de conocimiento sobre el ejercicio durante el embarazo. Es el embarazo algún tipo de enfermedad? ¿El estar embarazada da a la madre una licencia para estar incativa y comer cualquier tipo comida? Alimentos saludables no es importante durante el embarazo? Es el embarazo una razón para dejar de centrarse en los hábitos de una vida saludable?
